It’s your life, enjoy it to the fullest!
Health, if you don’t have it what do you have? In my younger years i didn’t worry too much about my health. I just figured it would always be there. After getting a few years under my belt it seems I’m not able to go as long or hard as i used to. For me this is hard to deal with. I like to go and play just as hard as anyone. Without good health this is a problem.
To me one of the most important aspects to your health is cardiovascular fitness. What is cardiovascular fitness you might ask. Cardiovascular fitness is the ability to supply oxygen rich blood to working muscle tissue, and the muscle to burn oxygen to produce movement.
The way I see it, if you can’t run oxygen through the proper channels in your body, you won’t function very well. In that case your quality of life is not as good as it could be. That means you and your loved ones are missing out.
I enjoy happy people
When i was very young my Dad told me people like it when people smile. That has always stuck with me. One of the best ways i know for people to be happy is through exercise. Not only does it help physically, but it helps mentally as well. With a little less stress, better memory, and deeper sleep you have a happier you.
So jump in and make a smile
Life is short. Take the time to become a healthier you. Not only will you appreciate it, so will your loved ones and friends. A little exercise each day can go a lot further than you think. So why not give it a shot, life is short play hard.
